Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel

About

Housing one of the world's greatest art collections and culminating in Michelangelo's breathtaking Sistine Chapel ceiling, the Vatican Museums represent over 2,000 years of papal collecting. The Gallery of Maps, the Raphael Rooms and the Pinacoteca are essential stops on the journey to the chapel.
